
About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Welcoming Walk-In Customers, Deliver superior customer service
* In-depth Knowledge of Services and Products to explain to New Customers
* Gathering Customer Needs, budget and Requirements
* Showroom Presentation to Customers & Clients
* Work with Outside Sales Staff and Counter Sales Staff to assist in following up with customers
* Forwarding Customer Data to Admin & Projects Team
* Assist with special projects such as special events and display changes
* Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support
* Overseeing day-to-day Facility functions and routines
* Maintain all administrative records
* Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to hook the customer into using JO&SAM for their job.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
* Preferred Fresher / 0-1 Years of Sales/ Marketing Experience, or
* Any Diploma Education Level or Higher
* Fluent in English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi is an optional Bonus
* Excellent Two-way Communication Skill
* Basic-to-advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
* Ability to think outside the box & be Proactive Accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
WORK HOURS
* 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM TUE - SUN
* 1:30 – 2:15 Lunch Break
SALARY
INR 12,000 PM to 15,000 PM depending on Profile & Skillset
