About the Role

• General office Administration and Day-to-day operations.
• Scheduling and Handling appointments.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of company’s operations and services.
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers.
• Following up on leads generated by the company and Marketing.
• Preparing presentations for potential customers.
• Maintain Attendance and Leave Records.
• Emailing and Client Co-ordination.
• Compiling, Filing and Paperwork.

Requirements

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Well Groomed & Well Spoken

· Fluent in English, Local Languages will be an added bonus.

· Computer skills - Basic Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power point)

· Good Communication Skills

· Must be a Proactive Team Player with a willingness to Adapt to situations

· Minimum 1+ Years Experience

· Any Graduate Degree


SALARY OFFERED - INR 20,000/- PER MONTH WORK TIMINGS

Mon - Sat 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
