SALARY - 25,000 to 35,000 PM (Inclusive of PF and ESI) + Incentives
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in Banking Role
Other Requirement: Candidate must have a two-wheeler for field visits

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be instrumental in developing the Home Loan vertical. Be able to meet the customers, channel partners/connectors.
- Building the rapport with the Channel Partners/Connectors for the Home Loan business.
- Meeting prospective customers, analyzing the financial needs & requirements, counselling/advising the product which suits their home loan requirements, keeping the organizational interest.
- Convincing the customer to go ahead for Home Loan through us. - Shall have a minimum gross revenue target & TAT for each activity.
- Conducting activity/campaign on the Balance Transfer of home loan/resale of other builders to enhance the revenue of the company.
- Act as a facilitator between the Channel Partner/Connectors, borrower & lender. Actively follow up with the customers for loan documents to login the file in lesser TAT.
- Actively follow up with the banks/HFC for sanction & disbursements.
- Effectively coordinate with all concerned departments in the Bank/HFC's for concluding loantransaction of borrowers.
- Develop a good network with banks and institutions and build relationships.
- Targeting higher pay-out banks/HFC & promoting the same.
MIS preparation/Invoice preparation/Following up of the DSA pay outs with the respective Banks/HFC's and coordinating with the internal departments in accounting the same.
- Invoice generation from the Channel partners/Connectors and making the approved payments to the empaneled Channel partners/Connectors by coordinating with the concern department in the organization.
- Accomplish company mission by achieving all set targets and goals. Any other duties/ Responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
